Role Overview
JMC College International – Dematagoda Branch is urgently seeking qualified, experienced, trained, and English-fluent teachers for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions across multiple subject areas for Grades 06 to 11. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators to be part of a well-established and growing international college.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for students in Grades 06 to 11
- Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment papers
- Conduct regular class tests, mid-term and term-end examinations
- Maintain student attendance records, progress reports, and academic documentation
- Communicate effectively with parents and school management regarding student progress
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and co-curricular activities
- Ensure a positive, disciplined, and motivating learning environment in the classroom
- Uphold the professional standards and academic values of JMC College International
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified, experienced, and trained in the relevant subject area
- Strong proficiency in English (English-fluent teachers preferred)
- Relevant educational qualifications (Degree, Diploma, or Professional Teaching Certificate)
- Prior teaching experience at secondary school level (Grades 06–11) is essential
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to commit to a full-time or part-time teaching schedule as required
- A passion for education and student development
