Key Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Candidates must be citizens of Sri Lanka
. Age Limits: * For Senior and Officer posts: Between 22 and 45 years of age
. For Management Assistants: Between 18 and 45 years of age
. Note: The upper age limit does not apply to internal applicants

Qualifications: Requirements vary from specialized Bachelor's Degrees and intermediate professional accounting certifications (such as CIMA, ACCA, ICASL, CMA) for executive roles, to G.C.E. A/L and O/L qualifications for the Management Assistant positions
