TELECOMMUNICATION TECHNICAL OFFICERS

Key Responsibilities:
- Support operation and maintenance of telecommunication and IT infrastructure.
- Ensure reliable network performance and service quality.
- Assist in installation, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
- Work collaboratively to maintain high technical standards and customer service.
Qualifications:
- G.C.E. O/L with required passes including English, Mathematics and Sinhala / Tamil
- G.C.E. A/L passes in one sitting.
- Higher Diploma in Telecommunication/Electronic/Electrical Engineering OR Registration with Engineering Council Sri Lanka as an Engineering Diploma.
- Willingness to work shifts and extended hours when required.
