CREATIVE GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Monik Group is a fully Sri Lankan owned, well established business conglomerate with diversified business activities. With 11 subsidiaries headquartered in Badulla and branches islandwide, we operate across multiple industries including financial services, furniture, home appliances, agriculture, and beverages.
In line with our continued growth and brand expansion, we are seeking a highly creative, proactive, and detail oriented Creative Designer/Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key part in strengthening our brand identity and supporting marketing and communication initiatives across the Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize and design digital first creative assets including social media content, online campaigns, web banners, and digital advertisements.
- Support brand and marketing initiatives with visually engaging designs across all digital touchpoints.
- Design print materials such as brochures, packaging, and event collaterals when required.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and ensure cohesive brand communication.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Prepare optimized digital assets and print-ready artwork as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a digital or creative design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and Print designs, creativity, and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Figma is a plus).
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media design trends, layout, composition, and typography.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
