📌 Main Information

Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education විසින් 2026 වර්ෂය සඳහාත් රජයේ පාසල් සහ රජයේ ආධාර ලබන විශේෂ පාසල්වල සිසුන්ට සනීපාරක්ෂක තුවා ලබා ගැනීමට gift vouchers ලබාදීමට උපදෙස් නිකුත් කර ඇත.

Voucher Value:
Voucher A = Rs.720
Voucher B = Rs.720
Total Value = Rs.1,440

👩‍🎓 Who is Eligible?

• Government schools students
• Government assisted special schools students
• Grade 6 and above female students
• Puberty attained female students

🎟️ Voucher Distribution

Voucher A

Validity period: 01.06.2026 to 31.07.2026

Voucher B

Validity period: 01.09.2026 to 31.10.2026

Voucher A සහ Voucher B එකවර සිසුන්ට ලබා නොදිය යුතුය.

🏫 Instructions for Schools

• Principal must issue vouchers systematically and transparently.
• Principal’s official stamp must be placed on the reverse side of vouchers.
• Class teachers must record student name and signature using SGSP 03.
• Signature sheets must be safely kept for audit purposes.
• Scratched voucher numbers will make vouchers invalid.

Students may obtain sanitary napkin packets only from approved companies registered under this programme.

Schools must update the official system for voucher distribution and company visits.

⚠️ Special Notes

• No brand or company promotion is allowed inside schools.
• Company agents will visit schools to provide sanitary napkin packets.
• Remaining vouchers must be returned using SGSP 04 format.
• Final reports must be submitted to the Ministry through relevant education offices.
