The Co-operative Wholesale Establishment, Sathosa operating under the Ministry of Trade, Commerce, Food Security & Co-operative Development, has invited applications from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for several managerial and officer-level vacancies.
Available Positions
1. Assistant Manager – Operations (Head Office)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Public Administration, Economics, or Commerce recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Candidates who have passed the Intermediate Examination of a recognized Chartered Institute in a relevant subject area are also eligible.
2. Assistant Manager – Human Resources/Legal (Head Office)
Candidates must hold a UGC-recognized degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or Legal Studies.
3. Accounts Officer (Kurunegala Wholesale Center)
Applicants are required to have a degree in Accountancy, Finance Management, Commerce, or Business Administration recognized by the UGC, or have completed the Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Chartered Institute relevant to the post.
Salary Scale
All positions carry the salary scale:
JM 1-1 – 2025: Rs. 72,650 – 122,970
An additional special allowance will be granted in accordance with Management Services Circular No. 01/2024 dated 2024.01.12.
