Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and generating patient bills and invoices

- Verifying patient and insurance details
- Organizing billing documents and patient records
- Following up with patients and insurance providers
- Handling patient billing inquiries and customer service matters
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Previous experience in billing, cashiering, or customer support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- GCE A/L qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good PR and customer service skills
