With a workforce of over 1,400 employees, LECO is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join its Finance team as a Financial Accountant.

Key Requirements

Option 1

• Associate Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka)

OR

• Membership of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK

OR

• Membership of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK

AND

• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience at Accountant level in an organization with more than 100 employees.

Option 2

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, B.Com, or Business Management from a UGC-approved university

AND

• Intermediate qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA

AND

• Minimum 9 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting or Audit at executive level in an organization with more than 100 employees.

Age Requirement

• Below 45 years as of 15 June 2026
