RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing customer leads and converting them into prospects.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Build sustainable relationship & Engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service through empathetic interactions and adept problem-solving abilities, fostering positive customer relationships.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

PROFILE

  • G. C. E. A/L Passed.
  • Age between 18-25 years.
  • Previous experience in the finance industry and or, customer service would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Sinhala is a must and ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • Able to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and tactful manner.
  • Proficiency in Tamil and Sinhala is a must and ability to communicate in English would be an added advantage.
