Horizon Campus Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire the next generation of IT professionals.
Required Qualifications:
- Doctoral qualification (PhD or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, supported by a distinguished academic and professional record.
- At least 15 years of experience in higher education, including substantial leadership and administrative responsibilities.
- Proven capability in leading academic teams and overseeing multidisciplinary academic programs.
- Demonstrated insight into emerging trends in IT education, research, and industry practice, with strong communication, strategic leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Faculty of IT through strong academic governance and strategic direction.
- Direct curriculum innovation, uphold academic quality, and manage program accreditation in line with industry requirements and global best practices.
- Cultivate strong industry and international academic partnerships.
- Manage faculty operations and resources efficiently to achieve strategic and institutional priorities.
